Note: Sleeper trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority.
Sleeper train takes about 14 hours from Cairo to Aswan. However, we recommend using domestic flights with supplement US$ 85 per person instead of spending time in sleeper trains.
Welcome to Cairo, Egypt (Around The Clock)
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle.
At hotel the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Overnight in Cairo.
Welcome Drink
After breakfast you will be accompanied by your personl guide to Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus - Famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue.
Additional visit to the Solar Boat infront of Cheops Pyramid (extra ticket on spot).
Lunch will be served in a good quality restaurant, and then proceed to Sakkara area to visit Sakkara Complex and first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid).
Move to Memphis; Old kingdom's capital and famous Necropolis. Overnight in Cairo.

Check out after breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then you will be escorted by your private guide to visit: Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen, alongside many other fascinating artifacts.
Additional visit to the mummies room at the museum (extra ticket on spot) Lunch throughout the tour at local restaurant.
Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar.
Later, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan.
Dinner and breakfast will be served on board - overnight inside your compartment.

You will be met at Aswan station, then transferred to your hotel, Optional (not included) to enjoy a tour to one of Egypt's top tourist attractions, Abu Simbel temple, which were originally carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II approximately in the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari.
Overnight in Aswan.
NB: Incase you would like to do Abu Simbel Tour, so you will do it on day 05 and Aswan
sightseeing tours will be on day 4.

Then transfer to embark your Nile River Cruise before Lunch, then enjoy visiting the world famous High Dam, The awesome Philae temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk.
Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

Sail to Kom Ombo, have breakfast on board and Visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo.
Sail to Edfu, lunch on board after that Visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, Horus Temple in Edfu. Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna.
Dinner and overnight on board.

Sail to Luxor, have breakfast on board then Visit the West Bank, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut approximately in the 15th century BC, at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon.
Lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea during sailing.

The pricing policy
-The currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound.
-The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to offer you the low cost possible.
-Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.
Children Policy:
-The child up to 2 years old Free of Charge
-The child from 2 to 5.99 years old will be charged only 25% of the adult price.
-the child from 6 to 11.99 years old will be charged only 50% of the adult price.
-the child from 12 years old and above will be charged as an adult person.
Notes :
Child pricing applies to children who share rooms with their parents.
If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.
Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25% of the full price.
This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.
Tipping
Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required.
Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
Cancellation Policy:
- cairo4hotels.com does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for (force majeure) reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control.
-If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and cairo4hotels.com has already incurred costs on your behalf, so these costs will be charged to you.
